On September 28, 2019, there is a big news— Huawei's global flagship store of mobile intelligent terminals was grandly opened on this day, setting a shining "diamond" for the most " luxury " MixC Shopping Mall.
At a glance, Huawei's global flagship store looks like a quadrate triangular glass building, each corner of which is in an arc. The whole building is inspired by the inverted wine glass, and the hemline glass of the curtain wall is dazzling!
The unique semi-open staircase presents a borderless community atmosphere, allowing people to enter the store more freely to rest or communicate. The whole building presents a sense of open and bright space, which stands out from the numerous flagship stores.
NorthGlass Tianjin Company first cooperated with Huawei is the Huawei Cloud Park Store. NorthGlass provided high-quality glass for the project, which was the first Huawei store that NorthGlass participated in the construction. So far, the two company have opened the door to cooperation.
NorthGlass Tianjin Company, a world-renowned enterprise providing curtain wall glass for many classical buildings in the world, has taken over all the facades and panels glass of Huawei's global flagship stores. It covers 174 pieces of glass, including plane, single-curved, L-shaped single-curved, multi-curved, complex-curved, small radius and large size. There are 37 pieces of complex-curved glass, 27 pieces of L-curved + 10 pieces of double-curved corner glass, 10 meters of super thick facade glass and 8 meters of super wide glass guardrail.
The finishing touch of the whole project is the graceful arc curve of the curved globular glass. According to the function of 3d software, designers of NorthGlass get the curve similar to the shape of "inverted wine glass".
The glass is composed of 450mm small radius arc and asymmetric arc, three pieces of super white + hot bending + chemical tempering + three-time calcination and color matching of coloured glaze +SGP laminated + embedded metal parts, three side glass to glass splicing, one side bottom edge exposed, the production is very difficult.
After repeated research, development, testing and many revisions, NorthGlass technicians finally achieved the perfect shape of three-sided glass, neat bottom edge and "inverted wine glass". Showing the soft beauty of curve with high technology!

Taking the opportunity of the opening of the global flagship store, President of NorthGlass Gao Li, vice President of NorthGlass and general manager of Tianjin Company Gao Qi came to Huawei global flagship store by invitation, communicated with the person in charge of the flagship store and relevant senior leaders, and discussed some technical difficulties of glass.
