Shanghai (Gasgoo)-VOYAH, a high-end new energy vehicle subsidiary of China’s state-owned automaker Dongfeng Motor Co., launched two internally developed battery systems on September 17th, called “Hupu” and “Yunmu” (meaning “Hupu”). VOYAH does not manufacture battery cells, but focuses on the development of battery system safety solutions. The automaker said that it created the industry’s first “three-dimensional thermal insulation wall” technology, which aims to use heat-resistant and flame-retardant materials without thermal diffusion in the battery pack to individually and omni-directionally separate each battery cell. Package. The three-dimensional thermal protective coating can "calm down" and "keep the cells in place" before the heat is out of control.

VOYAH has worked with partners to develop a cloud BMS (Battery Management System) dedicated to VOYAH brand cars, which can remotely analyze and manage power battery data, serve more than 1 million cars at the same time, and provide users with batteries with full life guarantees. It should be pointed out that the system can only work smoothly with the support of OTA (over-the-air) function.
