Romanza Italiana features Italian lyrical soprano Maria Luigia Borsi. She has an outstanding singing career in Salzburg, Zurich and Berlin, from her hometown of Italy to Japan, Russia, the United States and the United Kingdom. In this special concert recorded for us, she sang beautiful songs by Tosti, Cataloni, Puccini and Leon Cavallo. She will be accompanied by pianist Antonio Artese, a PhD from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and currently the dean of the Global Academic Program at the Chigiana Conservatory of Music in Siena, Italy. He accompanies Ms. Borsi on the Fazioli piano.

Copperplate is a form of calligraphy completed with a pointed metal calligraphy pen tip. This style is mainly used in British and American calligraphy traditions. This style originated in the 16th and 17th centuries. It is a kind of cursive script written with a feather pen, usually called round hands. Now scripts are more widely used, such as movie titles, book covers, nameplates, house names, and cake tops. It is used for wedding invitations and preparing guest names.
