When LeVar Burton read aloud to young fans at Reading Rainbow, he was very happy, and now his daughter is living out a lyrics from his show’s famous theme song: "I can be anything."
27-year-old Mica Burton is a talented role player who showed off her magical transformation on Instagram. She recently decided to celebrate "MerMay" by sharing some retro photos of her finned Siren costume and added an interesting modern style to one of them. Scroll down to view her mermaid role play.
Mica’s mermaid costume includes a pink-blue shell cup bra, a pink tail with a realistic scaly pattern, and a marshmallow-colored wig. She wore suitable jewelry for those living in the sea: two strings of sparkling pearls. She finished her look with a flower crown.
In her caption, Mica reveals that her photo is "super old", but she mocks her plan to make another mermaid fantasy film. She asked her followers what color scheme they would like her to try next.

In the comments section, fans of Mica answered her color matching questions with their suggestions. Gold, purple and green are popular choices. Some Instagram users provided some creative themes.

Mica used to dress up like other mythological creatures, including harvesting elves and gorgeous elves. She has also provided channels for many popular culture characters in video games, movies, comic books and anime, including Wonder Woman, Zelda in Breath of the Wild, and Ariel in The Little Mermaid's Legs.
According to Essence, when Mica picked up her father from the San Diego Comic Con, she was introduced into the role-playing world for the first time. Because of his role as Geordi La Forge in "Star Trek: The Next Generation", LeVar has become a source of inspiration for generations of role players.
"The conference really has an impact on me because I can see people just like me," Mika said of her first cosplay conference experience.
Mica used to work at Rooster Teeth, but she revealed that she decided to leave the video production company last year.
"I have always been very silent about my experience at RT, but now I regret the lack of support from my former colleagues. I can confidently say that I did not leave because of the community, but because of the company." Mika tweeted Write.
Her father let her know that he fully supported her decision and revealed that racism played a role in Mica's withdrawal.
"I'm proud of you telling the truth, Kiddo! I know you have persisted for four years," he wrote. "As a company, @roosterteeth has failed you and your right to work in an environment without blatant racism. Hope now they can solve their toxic company culture!"
Mica inherited her father's encouraging attitude. LeVar fans will soon see him appear on Jeopardy! as one of the guest hosts, and Mica really wants to help him become the permanent host of the game show.
She tweeted: "If he gets the hosting position, I promise to post a super cute picture of us when I was a kid."
